About us . . .

All of our acupuncturists have trained for at least 3 years full time and have a BSc or equivalent in Acupuncture. Everyone is a member of the British Acupuncture Council and is fully insured and registered with the local authority. Between us, we have over 40 years experience in treating a wide range of conditions. From helping to relieve pain, easing the symptoms of chronic illness and the side effects of medication to helping couples optimise fertility and their chances of conception.

As a member of the Association of Community and Multibed Clinics, we receive no funding from outside sources. Instead, we rely on good business practice and professional expertise to make the clinic work. And, that's why our clients come back and recommend us to their friends and families. If you have any questions, or would like more information then we would be delighted to talk to you.

Happy Chinese New Year!

Finally the surprise laden mischievous monkey gives way to the trustworthy, ambitious, proud, courageous & passionate red rooster. It's a good time to roll up our sleeves to work towards our objectives. But be warned to keep our spirits flexible as the rooster can be quite conservative & inflexible to improved ideas.
Still the year ahead holds promises of positive energy as red meaning fire is seen as a joyful element. With this we wish you a Happy New Year.

Acupuncture when used alongside IVF doubles the chances of pregnancy  - these results are from a study by Homerton University Hospital in London. 160 couples were divided into two groups. Pregnancy rates in the half receiving acupuncture were 46.2% against 21.7% in the half which did not. Stuart Lavery, consultant gynaecologist at Hammersmith Hospital said “There is a patient demand in the field of acupuncture  . . . and this study is interesting in that it shows a statistically significant difference."
